NationWatch Protective Advisors, LLC uses experienced contract professionals from the the executive protection, law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services in a team approach to conduct threat and vulnerability assessments in order to obtain a complete all-hazards assessment picture. Each evaluator in the assessment process has received training in conducting assessments from the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (US-DHS) and is experienced in conducting assessments on critical infrastructure and key resources using the latest up-to-date methods used by US-DHS. This team concept approach provides for the most complete all-hazards assessment report available. Training is conducted by experienced public safety professionals with years of experience in the homeland security and counter-terrorism awareness fields.

William Hildebrand, MAHS
Chief Executive Officer and Protective Security Consultant

     William Hildebrand is a law enforcement professional that served twenty-one years with the Atlanta Police Department as a uniformed patrol officer in the Field Operations Division, as well as an Investigator with the Narcotics Unit, Guns/Violent Crime Unit, and the Homeland Security/Intelligence Unit within the Criminal Investigations Division. He is currently and Adjunct Instructor at a regional police academy in Georgia.
     Mr. Hildebrand's last seven years of service with the Atlanta Police Department were as an Investigator with the Homeland Security Unit where he was tasked with conducting counter-terrorism investigations and performing counter-terrorism duties through critical infrastructure protection practices in coordination with the U. S. Department of Homeland Security and the Georgia Office Of Homeland Security. Mr. Hildebrand served as the Atlanta Police Subject Matter Expert to the Atlanta Urban Area Security Initiative's Critical Infrastructure Protection Group. He was a member of the Georgia Office of Homeland Security's Georgia Vulnerability Working Group and is a current member of the National Domestic Preparedness Coalition's Homeland Security Task Force. Mr. Hildebrand has provided threat and vulnerability assessments for many of the major critical infrastructure and key resource sites in Atlanta as well as for most of the major special events in Atlanta such as the Peachtree Road Race, Americas Competitiveness Forum, the Chick-fil-A Bowl, and Martin Luther King Jr. National Holiday at the King Center. As the Homeland Security Training Coordinator for the Homeland Security Unit Mr. Hildebrand provided specialized and in-service training on homeland security and counter-terrorism issues to sworn personnel from the Atlanta Police Department and other law enforcement agencies in the Atlanta area. As a Georgia POST certified Senior Training Instructor and Firearms Instructor he specialized in training sworn personnel in concealed firearms carry techniques. Duties within the Homeland Security Unit included executive protection liaison with the U. S. Secret Service, U. S. Department of State Diplomatic Security Service, and Israel Consulate Security in Atlanta.

      As a guest speaker Mr. Hildebrand has given presentations on the subject of Critical Infrastructure Protection for the 2011 Atlanta Business Leadership Conference, the 2011 Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Forum in Peachtree City, Georgia, and a 2012 meeting of the Association of Contingency Planners at the SecureWorld Expo in Atlanta. He is a nationally recognized speaker on homeland security issues like Active Attacker Prevention and Response, and Bomb Threat management Planning. He also participated in the 2011 Atlanta Non-Profit and Private Sector Workshop to address and advise on issues with the National Response Framework under Presidential Policy Directive 8: National Preparedness. As an NRA certified Instructor and a Georgia P.O.S.T. certified Firearms Instructor Mr. Hildebrand conducts personalized firearms training for civilians as well as conducting re-qualifications for retired local, state, and federal law enforcement officers under H.R. 218 LEOSA guidelines.

     Mr. Hildebrand earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security and Public Safety from Herzing University in Atlanta, graduating Summa cum Laude in 2007, and earned a Master of Arts degree in Homeland Security from American Military University, graduating with Honors in 2010. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
